It is important to understand how your covers will be made; including but not limited to; customer options and standard features; the difference between a raised Polyguard Cover and flat Polyguard Cover.

Did you review turnaround time?*

Yes

Standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks for Polyguard and 4 weeks for Metalguard. (This can vary depending on the style and type of window well cover you are requesting, Metalguard, oversized and highly custom window wells may take longer to produce.) Time of season and weather can cause delays.

Do you understand that you should not make any changes to your window wells?*

Yes

I understand that ANY CHANGES made to or around my window wells will result in covers that will not fit properly and I am responsible for the full cost of the covers plus additional labor to adjust or manufacture a new cover due to the changes that caused the problem.

Did you consider security kits for high winds?*

Yes

In case of high winds in your area, optional security kits are available and recommended for Polyguard Covers to prevent covers from being lift off the window wells.

Do you understand covers are not designed to be structural?*

Yes

I understand window well covers are designed to be for safety only. They are not designed to be structural. In case of high foot traffic areas (decks, patios, sidewalks, etc.) covers are not expected to be equal in strength to concrete or decking material.

Did you review the Polyguard Covers Inc. warranty, care, and payment terms?*

AGREEMENT: By signing with my Electronic Signature, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding. I approve the order and hereby authorize Polyguard Covers, Inc. to manufacture, assemble, and install the products listed. I understand that any deposit secures the order and is non-refundable once the products have been assembled/manufactured. All sales are final upon approval and if I cancel after approval I am still responsible for the entire order/invoice amount that I have approved.
