Step 1: Start Your Order
You can initiate your order conveniently either online or over the phone.

Step 2: Provide Us with Approximate Sizing and Quantity
Share the approximate dimensions of your current window wells and the desired quantity. Based on this information, we’ll provide pricing based on our four standard sizes. Once you receive the quote via text or email, you can approve it on your phone or computer. To begin template creation and manufacturing, a 25% deposit is required.

Step 3: Template Measurement and Price Confirmation
We’ll arrange a convenient appointment to measure your window wells and finalize pricing. Appointment notifications will be sent via text or email. As our work is conducted entirely outside your home, there’s no need for us to enter. Please ensure your gates are unlocked and any pets are secured indoors during our visit. Our installation technician will notify you via text about the expected arrival time. The template measuring process typically takes 15 to 45 minutes.

Step 4: Changes and Inquiries
Should you have any questions or wish to modify your order, our technician will be available on-site to assist you. After verifying sizes and quantities, if they align with the provided measurements, the templates will proceed to production. In case of any discrepancies or if you desire additional accessories, we’ll adjust the order form and invoice accordingly.

Step 5: Manufacturing and Installation
Once your products are manufactured and ready for installation, we’ll inform you promptly. Installation follows a process similar to template measuring, with all work completed outside your home, minimizing direct contact. When complete the final payment will be invoiced and sent through text or email.
